That for and in consideration of the sum ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, BIG SKY HOLDINGS. LLC, hereinafter called the grantor,
hereby grants to THE TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION OF WYOMING, 5300 Bishop Blvd., Cheyenne, WY

82009-3340, its assigns or successors herein called the grantee, the right of access over, across and upon the
following described lands located in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to-wit:
All that portion of the NY2NEY4 of Section 13, T.33N., R.119W. of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, lying between
parallel right-of-way lines ZO feet apart, being 10 feet on each side when measured at right angles to the following
described centerline of the presently existing road, said parallel right-of-way lines begin on the south boundary of the
NEY4NEY4 of said Section 13 and end on the south boundary of that certain tract of land described in Book 542 at
Page 242 of the Lincoln County Records:

Commencing at the northeast corner of said Section 13, said corner being monumented by a stone, from
which the east quarter corner thereof bears S. 00°50'00" E. a distance ofZ,633.81 feet said corner being monumented
by a brass cap;
thence S. 38°28' W. a distance of 1,696 feet, more or less, to a point on said south boundary of the NEY4NEY4,
being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence along said centerline of the presently existing road the following bearings and distances,
N. 45°Z8' W. a distance of 101 feet;
thence N. 69°43' W. a distance ofZ04 feet;
thence N. 60°20' W. a distance of219 feet;
thence N. 57°31' W. a distance of 190 feet;
thence N. 5ZoZ4' W. a distance of 193 feet;
thence N. 46°07' W. a distance of 134 feet, more or less, to a point on said south boundary of that certain tract
of land described in Book 542 at Page 242 of the Lincoln County Records from which the southeast corner thereof
bears N. 90°00' E. a distance ofZ97 feet, more or less.
The above described parcel of land contains 0.48 of an acre, more or less.
Basis of bearing for the above described parcel ofland is S. 00°50'00" E. along the east boundary of the NEY4
of said Section 13.
Grantor grants the right of ingress and egress over, across and upon said land.
The grant herein contained is an easement and shall be perpetual so long as said land is used for the
aforementioned purposes.
