QUITCLAIM DEED

Douglas R. Carlson, a married person dealing in his sole and separate property,
Grantor, of Salem, Utah, in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged and confessed, hereby CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Edward J.
Carlson, a married person, as his sole and separate property, Grantee, of 1411 2nd West
Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming, all right, title, and interest that he may have in and to the
following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to-wit:
Lot Nine (9) of Block Forty-three (43) ofthe First (1st) Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer, as surveyed, platted and recorded in the Office of the County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds in and for the County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, excepting and reserving therefrom the easterly one foot of said
Lot Nine, the same being a strip of land one (1) foot in width and One
Hundred Forty (140) feet in length on the easterly side of Lot Nine;
TOGETHER WITH all improvements situate thereon and easements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging; and
SUBJECT TO all easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions, if any,
of record.
FURTHER SUBJECT TO discrepancies, conflicts in boundary lines, shortage
in area, encroachments, and any facts a correct survey and inspection of the
premises would disclose and which are not shown in the public records.
