Laura M. Kaiser, a married person dealing in her sole and separate property,
Grantor, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged and confessed, hereby CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Amy
Bowen, a married person, Grantee, of 1302 Garnet Street, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, as
her sole and separate property, an undivided 13.1 % interest as a tenant in common;
Jeremy Kaiser, a married person, Grantee, of 114 Bachar, Fort Morgan, Colorado 80701,
as his sole and separate property, an undivided 13.1 % interest as a tenant in common;
Rusty Kaiser, a married person, Grantee, of PO Box 2320, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941, as
his sole and separate property, an undivided 13.1 % interest as a tenant in common; Justin
Kaiser, a married person, Grantee, of 1101 Downey #5, Laramie, Wyoming 82072, as his
sole and separate property, an undivided 13.1 % interest as a tenant in common; Andrew
Kaiser, a single person, Grantee, of PO Box 453, Diamondville, Wyoming 83116, an
undivided 13.1 % interest as a tenant in common; Joshua Beutler, a married person,
Grantee, of 413 W 300 N, Logan, Utah 84323, as his sole and separate property, an
undivided 11.5% interest as a tenant in common, Kristle L. Taylor, a single person,
Grantee, of 1806 Garnet Street #1, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, an undivided 11.5%
undivided interest as a tenant in common; and Cassandra D. Taylor, a single person,
Grantee, of 1806 Garnet Street #2, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, an undivided 11.5%
interest as a tenant in common, all right, title, and interest that she may have in and to the
following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State.ofWyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to-wit:
Lot 5 and the Northerly one-half of Lot 6 of Block 7 of the Fairview Addition to
the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the
official plat thereof;
TOGETHER WITH all improvements situate thereon and easements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging; and
SUBJECT TO all easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions, if any,
of record.
FURTHER SUBJECT TO discrepancies, conflicts in boundary lines, shortage
in area, encroachments, and any facts a correct survey and inspection of the
premises would disclose and which are not shown in the public records.
