Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good and
Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Eric K. Backman and Julie A. Backman
Husband and Wife
And
Joshua E. Backman and Nonalynn Backman
Husband and Wife
Grantees, whose mailing address is PO Box 351, Diamondville, WY 83116, the following
described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State
to-wit:
The Lot Numbered Three (3) of the Block Numbered Three (3) of the Fairview
Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming
And
The North Thirty (30) feet of the Lot Numbered Four (4) in Block Numbered
Three (3) of the Fairview Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County.
Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said Lot 4 in said Block 3 and running
thence South 30 feet to a point on the East boundary of said Lot; thence West
140 feet to a point on the West boundary of said Lot; thence North 30 feet to the
Northwest Corner of said Lot; thence East 140 feet to the place of beginning
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record, of sight
or in use. .
