Know all men by these presents: that CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION hereby certify that
a certain mortgage bearing the date of December 23, 1996 made and executed by Thomas Gallagher Lenore
Gallagher, Husband And Wife as mortgagor(s), to ASSOCIATES FUNDING, INC. as mortgagee, conveying certain
real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $312,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was
recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
in the Volume/Book 392 Page 21 Document 830875 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County,
to-wit:

LOTS 8 AND 9 OF THE BROKEN WHEEL RANCH SUBDIVISION, LINCOLN COUNTRY, WYOMING AS
DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid. satisfied, released, and discharged; and in
consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises
thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
