WARRANTY DEED

Ted R. Jorgensen and Frances A. Jorgensen, husband and wife, of P. O.
Box 816, Afton, WY 8311 A, grantors, for and in consideration of TEN AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby ackno'wledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to Robert Shane Willson, a single
man, grantee, of P. O. Box 1246, Afton, WY 83110, the following described real property,
situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Beginning at a point which is 35 rods North of the Southwest Corner of the
NW1/4 of Section 31, T 32 N, Range 118 W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running
thence South 198 feet, thence East 220 feet, thence North 198 feet, thence
West 220 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING therefrom unto Ted C. Frome and Betty B,
Frome, husband and wife, all oil, gas, mineral, geothermal, brine and steam
rights associated with the above described property being conveyed herein;
and ALSO
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto Ted C. Frome and Betty B. Frome,
husband and wife, and Ted R. Jorgen'sen and Frances A. Jorgensen, husband
and wife, a right-of-way easement, to be shared _with grantees, over, across
and along the North 30 feet of the above described premises for a roadway for
ingress and egress by the named parties and their heirs, successors and
assigns; and ALSO
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING for conveyance to the Town of Afton all water
and water rights from Swift Creek associated with the described land.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights
of way of sight or record.
