County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit: With rights of survivorship,
1. SE 1/4SE1/4, Section 1, T30N, RI 19W, 6th P.M" together with all water rights and
improvements. Consisting of37.94 acres more or less.
EXCEPTING and RESERVING there from the following
described tract ofland:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of the E.L. Clark Lane,
County Road No. 150, which is NO 25'48"W 3345,35 feet from the
Southwest Comer of Section 6, T30N, R 119W, 6th P,M" Lincoln County
Wyoming, and running thence NO 25'48"W 300.00 feet to a point, thence
S 88 59'37"W500.00 feet, thence SO 25'48"E 150,00 feet, thence
S70 22'47"E 425,78 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning,
Containing 2.066 acres, more or less, together with all improvements
water rights and mineral rights pertaining thereto.
2. A tract ofland lying in the NE1/4SSEI/4 of Section 1, RI 19W, T30N, 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is NO 05'E 1320.00 feet; thence S89 50'W 792,00 feet
from the SE comer of said Section 1, and proceeding thence S89 50'W 528.00 feet; thence
NO 05'E 1320.00 feet; thence N89 50'E 528,00 feet; thence SO 05'W 1320.00 feet to the
point of beginning. Said tract containing 16.00 acres, more or less, together with water rights
and improvements..
3. Beginning at a point that is 984.53 feet North and 1,570.20 feet West of the Southeast
Comer of Section I, T30N, RI 19W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, (said beginning point being the
Northeast comer of the Kay Robinson tract in the SWI/4SEV4 of said Section 1), and running
thence 823 29'W (along the East boundary line of said Robinson tract and said East boundary
line extended) 1,073.44 feet, more or less, to the South boundary line, 677.94 feet, more or
less to the Southeast comer of said SWJ/4SEl/4, thence North along the East boundary line
thereof, 1,320.00 feet more or less, to the Northeast comer thereof, thence West along the
