KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Veri H. Pet~~~~~l:~~8' ~~~k'A~;
Petersen, husband and wife, grantors, of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming (mailing
address: PO Box 162, Thayne, WY 83127), in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged,
convey and quitclaim unto Lyle H Petersen, Gay Bates and Kim H Petersen, as joint
tenants with full rights of survivorship, grantees, of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming
(mailing address: PO Box 162, Thayne, WY 83127), all right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a point which is monumented by a steel fence post set in
concrete, said point described as being East, along the quarter-section line,
1001.76 feet and S7025'E 377.56 feet from the C1/4 Corner of Section 23,
T34N, R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County; Wyoming, said point alternately
described as being S76033'W 1618.85 feet from the E1/4 Corner of Section
23; and running
THENCE S84002'W, along existing chain link fence line, 121.0 feet;
THENCE S7025'E 183.1 feet;
THENCE N82035'E 121.0 feet;
THENCE Nr25'W 180.0 feet to the point of beginning;
ENCLOSING a tract of land entirely within the NW1/4SE1/4 of said
Section 23.
EXCEPTING and RESERVING unto the Grantors, Veri H. Petersen and
Ruth H. Peterson, for their joint and several lives, all rights concerning the
above-described property, I including without limitation, the right to
possession and all rents and profits from the described real property. Upon
the deaths of both of the Grantors, the remainder interest in the above-
described reaj property shall vest in the above-named Grantees.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
