KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of August 09,
2006, made and executed by Bryce L. Burton and Nicole H. Burton, Husband and Wife, a
mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of
$187,300.00, which mortgage was re-recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 15th day of August 2006, in
bookH 630 PR of Mortgages, at Page# 241 as document # 921282 and pertaining to the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
'Parcell: Unit 2-3 of The Condos at V alli- Vu Buildings 1, 2, & 4 Lincoln County, Wyoming,
according to the Plat filed June 8, 2006 in the office of the Lincoln County, Clerk as Plat No. 240-
A'.
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
