GRANTEE: James S. Patterson and Frances L. Patterson, Trustees of the Patterson
Family Living Trust, dated August 22, 2006, and any amendments thereto, as the
sole and separate property of James S. Patterson.
GRANTEE'S MAILING ADDRESS: 1901 Goliad Drive,
Garland, Texas 75042
CONSIDERATION: TEN AND NO/I00 DOLLARS
MINERAL INTEREST IN THE FOLLOWNG PROPERTY: My 1/3 interest in all
of the following property, fully or partially described: See Schedule "A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes.
This Deed is made in clarification and replacement of, and as a Deed of
Correction of a Mineral Deed executed by Grantors herein, dated June 8,
2007, executed by James S. Patterson and Frances L. Patterson and f"Iled
of record, recorded in the Deed Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming in
Book 661, Pages 448, 449 and 450, wherein an error or mistake was made.
The Deed referenced showed that twelve words were erroneously left out of
the Warranty section of the Deed. This Deed is intended to correct the
wording (re. underlined) to read as follows:
RESERVATIONS FROM AND EXCEPTIONS TO CONVEYANCE AND
WARRANTY:
GRANTOR, for the consideration and subject to the reservations from and
exceptions to this conveyance and warranty, hereby grants, sells and conveys to
GRANTEE the oil, gas and other minerals, royalty, overriding royalty, rights of
possession, and other rights, title and interests arising under or related to such
mineral interests, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances
thereto in anywise belonging to it, to have and to hold Grantee, Grantee's heirs,
executors, administrators, successors or assi2l1s forever. Grantor binds Grantor
and Grantor's heirs. executors. administrators. successors to warrant and forever
defend, all and singular the property to Grantee and Grantee's heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigns against every person whomsoever lawfully
