KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of January
24, 2005 made and executed by Russell B. Gardner and Trisha P. Gardner, Husband and
Wife mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage cpnveying a lien on
certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $76,382.00 which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on the 23rd day of February, 2005 in book 579 PR of Mortgages,
at Page 472 as document # 906650 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said
County, to-wit:
" ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged,
