Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the

BEGINNING at the southeast comer of said SEv..SWv..;
thence S89°-15' -55"W, 157.30 feet, along the south line of said SE~SW~, to a point;
thence NOoo-ll'16"E, 416.03 feet, along a line parallel with the east line of said
