BEGINNING at a spike on the south line of said SE~SWXJ, S89°-15'-55"W, 157.30 feet

thence S89Q-15'-55"W, 157.30 feet, along said south line, to a spike;
thence NOoo-25'-45"W, 411.77 feet, along an existing fence line, to a point at a fence
