RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT
For value received, Jack A. Douglas and Amber Douglas Husband and Wife
("Grantor"), hereby grants to Rocky Mountain Power, a division of PacifiCorp, an Oregon
Corporation, its successors and assigns, ("Grantee"), an easement for a right of way 20.00 feet in
width and l:too.lo~ feet in length, more or less, for the construction, reconstruction, operation,
maintenance, repair, replacement, enlargement, and removal of electric power transmission,
distribution and communication lines and all necessary or desirable accessories and
appurtenances thereto, including without limitation: supporting towers, poles, props, guys and
anchors, including guys and anchors outside of the right of way; wires, fibers, cables and other
conductors and conduits therefor; and pads, transfonners, switches, vaults and cabinets, along the
general course now located by Grantee on, over, or under the surface of the real property of
Grantor in Lincoln County, State of WýÔll:Ì.irièj, more particularly described as follows and as
more particularly described and/or shown on Exhibit(s) "A" & "B" attached hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof:

Together with the right of access to the right of way from adjacent lands of Grantor for
all activities in connection with the purposes for which this easement has been granted; and
together with the present and (without payment therefor) the future right to keep the right of way
and adjacent lands clear of all brush, trees, timber, structures, buildings and other hazards which
might endanger Grantee's facilities or impede Grantee's activities.

At no time shall Grantor place, use or pennit any equipment or material of any kind that
exceeds twelve (12) feet in height, light any fires, place or store any flammable materials (other
than agricultural crops), on or within the boundaries of the right of way. Subject to the foregoing
limitations, the surface of the right of way may be used for agricultural crops and other purposes
not inconsistent, as detennined by Grantee, with the purposes for which this easement has been
granted.
The rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be binding upon and shall benefit
their respective heirs, successors and assigns.

Grantees, whose mailing address is 1665 Troy Court, Kemmerer, WY 83101,
the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:
A tract of land in Lot 24 Section 36, T22N, R116W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, said tract being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the South line of said Section 36, said point of
beginning being the West one-sixteenth corner and lying N 89°38'08" E, 1306.52
feet from the Southwest corner thereof;
thence N 0°03'08" E, 189.66 feet along the West line of said Lot 24 to the as
constructed centerline of Lincoln County Road No. 327;
thence the following seven (7) courses along said centerline: .
N 51°46'14" E, 408.35 feet;
thence N 59°37'56" E, 115.35 feet;
thence N 76°06'49" E, 117.16 feet;
thence S 86°52'06" E, 322.41 feet;
thence N 71°57'17" E, 126.18 feet;
thence N 49°47'20" E, 130.56 feet;
thence N 40021 '56" E, 125.04 feet to a point on the Westerly right-of-way line of
Wyoming State Highway No. 189, said point lying on an increasing spiral
curve to the left;
thence Southerly 103.54 feet along said Westerly right-of-way line and the arc of
said spiral curve, the long chord of which bears S 25°57'56' W, 103.50
feet, to the Point of Curvature of a curve concave to the East, from which
the radius point·bears S 65°26'11" E, 1914.37 feet;
thence Southerly 655.45 feet along said Westerly right-of-way line and the arc of
said curve, through a central angle of 19°37'02", the long chord of which
bears S 14°45'18" W, 652.26 feet to the South line of said Section 36;
thence S 89°38'08" W, 945.37 feet along said south line to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
