AFFIDAVIT TERMINATING ESTATE BY THE ENTIRETIES

I, Budd M. Rich, being of lawful age and first duly sworn according to law, upon
my oath, depose and state:
1. That I am of adult age, a resident of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and the
Affiant herein.
2. That by virtue of the conveyance which is recorded in the office of the
County Clerk for Lincoln County, Wyoming, located at Kemmerer,
Wyoming in Book 403PR on page 360 is recorded a Warranty Deed. The
Warranty Deed, dated the 24th day of October, 1997 conveys unto Budd
M. Rich and Lora Jean Rich, as Husband and Wife as tenants by the
entireties, the following described property, to-wit:
S % N % NE}4 of Section 26, T32N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded
February 17, 1958 in Book 26PR on page 222 of records of Lincoln
County Clerk.
ALSO, LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded
August 17, 1981 in Book 179PR on page 626 of records of Lincoln
County Clerk.
ALSO, LESS AND EXCEPT the land described in Warranty Deed recorded
May 10, 1993 in Book 328PR on page 436 of records of Lincoln County
Clerk.
3. That by virtue of the conveyance which is recorded in the office of the
County Clerk for Lincoln County, Wyoming, located at Kemmerer,
Wyoming in Book 525PR on page 746 is recorded a Warranty Deed. The
Warranty Deed, dated the 30th day of June, 2003 conveys unto Budd
M. Rich and Jean Rich, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
the following described property, to-wit:
Part of Lot 4 of Block 7 in the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming
being mpre particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of SCiid Lot 4; and, running
thence North, 10 rods;
thenoe East, 3 rods;
thence South, 10 rods;
thence West, 3 rods to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
4. That by virtue of the conveyance which is recorded in the office of the
County Clerk for Lincoln County, Wyoming, located at Kemmerer,
Wyoming in Book 458PR on page 421 is recorded a Warranty Deed. The
Warranty Deed, dated the 8th day of December, 1996 conveys unto Lora
Jean Rich, Trustee of the Lora Jean Rich Living Trust Agreement dated
December 8, 1996, the following described property, to-wit:

5. That by virtue of the conveyance which is recorded in the office of the
County Clerk for Lincoln County, Wyoming, located at Kemmerer,
Wyoming in Book 458PR on page 417 is recorded a Warranty Deed. The
Warranty Deed, dated the 8th day of December, 1996 conveys unto Lora
Jean Rich, Trustee of the Lora Jean Rich Living Trust Agreement dated
December 8, 1996, the following described property, to-wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT B.
6. That said Lora Jean Rich died on the 24th day of September, 2006, and
a copy of the original certificate of death, certified to as true an correct
by public authority in which the original of said certificate is a matter of
record, is attached hereto as Exhibit "C".
7. That by reason of death of said Lora Jean Rich and by reason of §2-9-
102 W.S. (1980), the decedents interest and title in said conveyance has
terminated and title to the real property conveyed thereby has vested
absolutely in Budd M. Rich continuously since the death of the said
decedent.
8. That by reason of death of said Lora Jean Rich and by reason of §34-2-
122 W.S. (1980L the decedents interest and title in said conveyance has
terminated and title to the real property conveyed thereby has vested
absolLltely in Budd M. Rich, Successor Trustee of the Lora Jean Rich
Living Trust Agreement dated December 8, 1996 continuously since the
death of the said decedent.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
