dated December 8, 1996
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto

OF THE BUDD M. RICH LMNG TRUST AGREEMENT
dated December 8, 1996
whose address is P.O. Box 408, Afton, WY 83110
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I
have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
Part of Lot 4 of Block 7 in the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more
particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of said Lot 4; and, running thence North, 10 rods;
thence East, 3 rods;
thence South, 10 rods;
thence West, 3 rods to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
