KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That First State Bank of Thermopolis a
corporation, of the County of Hot Springs, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a
certain mortgage, bearing date the 31 day of May, 1994_, made and executed by Tom
Schachten, as mortgagor, to First State Bank of Thermopolis,- as mortgagee, conveying certain
real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $16,272.00, as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County, Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 20 day of June, 1994, in Book 352PR of
Mortgages, at page 601, Document Number 785220, and mortgaging the following described
real estate in said County, to wit:
Lot 88, River View Meadows Second Addition to the Town of Alpine, SE V4, Section 30,
T37N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming Recorded as Plat #264D.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged; and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the First State Bank of Thermopolis has caused these Presents to be

D. Slagle, to me personally known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that he is a Loan
Officer of First State Bank of Thermopolis, and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the
corporate seal of said corporation, and that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of
said corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and said Steven D. Slagle acknowledged
said instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
