DECREE QUIETING TITLE
IN THIS MATTER, Plaintiff WJW Holdings, LLLP has been granted a default
judgment on their Complaint to Quiet Title.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED AS
FOLLOWS:

1. That hereafter, title is quieted as to Defendant Charles C. Gay, Sr. and as to Any
and All Other Interested Persons or Entities, and title is vested in Plaintiff WJW Holdings,
LLLP, a North Dakota Limited Liability Limited Partnership, in and to the following-described
right-of-way:
For any and all rights we have to the following roadway, within Alpine Village
Subdivision No.1, Plat 1, Amended, filed June 4, 1981, Receiving # 559190, Plat No.
263, Alpine Village Subdivision No.1,. Plat 2 Amended, filed June 4, 1981, Receiving #
559191, Plat No. 264, and Alpine Village Subdivision No.1, Plat 3 Amended, filed June
2, 1982, Receiving # 578380, that portion of Alpine Village Loop fronting on Lots 20,
21,22,41, and 42, as shown on the Alpine Village No.1, Plat 2 Amended dated May 18,
1981, except that which is expressly reserved to grantors, their heirs and successors,
subject to right-of-ways granted to each owner of lots within the subdivision, per Article
IV of the Alpine Village Realty, Inc. Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.
2. That Plaintiff WJW Holdings, LLLP, a North Dakota Limited Liability Limited
Partnership, shall hereafter hold the title to the property as its sole and separate property,
unencumbered by any ownership interests whatsoever of Defendant Charles C. Gay, Sr. and his
heirs or assigns, and of Any and All Other Interested Persons of Entities, and their heirs and/or
successors and assigns.
