THIS INDENTURE is made the Crtll day of n~l..lQ.JVlJL~ ,2007,
by and between Sage Bowling Lanes, Inc., a Wyoming Corporation, the
Grantor, and Arthur W. Kline and Elizabeth J. Kline, Husband and Wife,
whose address is: 470 Connecticut Place, Green River, WY 82935, the
Grantees;
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00)
DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant,
bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said grantees, all that certain
tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, and more particularly described as:
Lots 5 and 6 of Block 1 in the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof, together with all buildings, improvements
and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto..
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements
and rights of way of record, of sight or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be
signed by its duly authorized officers, the day and year first above written.
