BRUCE E. JONES AND MARGARET B. JONES, husband and wife; Grantors,
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for the consideration of ten dollars
($10.00) and other considerations in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM an undivided one-half interest in the
following described minerals reserved on the following described property to
BRUCE E. JONES AND MARGARET B. JONES, in their capacity as Co-
Trustees of 'THE BRUCE E. JONES REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST' u/a dated
~~;.f! I cr 2007; and an undivided one-half interest in the
folio ing describ~d property to MARGARET B. JONES and BRUCE E. JONES,
in their capacity as Co-Trustees of.'THE MARGARET B. JONES REVOCABLE
LIVING TRUST' u/a dated a.~J I 7' 2007; Grantees, whose mailing
address is 77405 Highway 189 HC 65, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101.
Conveyance to said Grantees is as tenants in common.
The property hereby conveyed is 26% of the mineral rights that have been
reserved on land situated in the Counties of Lincoln and Sublette, State of
Wyoming, purchased by Bruce E. Jones, Grayson G. Jones, Harold Jones and
Cecil R. Jones, also known as Riverside Livestock Co. This includes, but is not
limited to, the main ranch located along the Green River, the Muddy Ranch and
the Miller Mountain Property including the mineral rights reserved on the 40's
gifted to our 12 children, (agreeement attached). Also included are the Mineral
Rights reserved from the sale of the Buck Ranch and the Minerals reserved from
the sale of property to the US Government that is in part located under the
Fontonelle Reservoir. This Property is more specifically described on the
attached pages.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
