Noel Sessions, as Successor Trustee of the Marvin Sessions Revocable Trust dated November 10, 1986,
grantor, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does Convey and Warrant to
A & QS, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company,
grantee, whose address is: PO Box 217, Afton, WY 83110, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Part of Section 19, T32N RI18W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is 102.5 feet North of the South boundary line and 1088.85 feet East
of the West boundary line of the NYzNW~SW~ of said Section 19. (Said beginning point also
being the Northeast Corner of the James B. Cruse Tract), and running thence North 82.5 feet;
thence West 227.26 feet, more or less, to the East boundary line of the Sessions Trailer Village;
thence South 30° East, along said East boundary line, 95.26 feet, more or less, to the North
boundary line of the said James B. Cruse Tract;
thence East, along said North boundary line, 179.63 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

TOGETHER WITH improvements and water rights, and further granting unto the above named
grantees, and their heirs, successors and assigns, a 35 foot wide Right of Way Easement for
ingress and egress from grantees' property to the County Road that extends along the North
boundalY line of said NW~SW'l.í, and said right of way to be shared with the under-signed
grantors and said grantors' heirs, successors and assigns, the centerline of said right of way
starting 1106.35 feet East of the West boundary line and 20 feet North of the South boundary line
of said NYzNW~SW~ of said Section 19, and running thence North 165 feet;
Thence in a Northerly direction 436 feet, more or less, to the existing County road at a point
240.25 feet West of the East boundary line if said NYzNW~ SW~.

who, being by me duly sworn and put upon his oath, did say that he is the Successor Trustee of the Marvin
Sessions Revocable Trust dated November 10, 1986, described in and which executed the foregoing Warranty
Deed; that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said successor trustee had the
authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said
successor trustee acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.
Given under my hand and notarial seal the day and year first above wri ten in this certificate.
