grantor, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does Convey and Warrant to
A & QS, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company,
grantee, whose address is: PO Box 217, Afton, WY 83110, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, to-wit:
A TRACT OF LAND lying within and being part of the NW1I4SW1I4 of Section 19, Township
32 North, Range 118 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more particularly
described on the attached "EXHIBIT A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
(Referred to as Legal Description for Sessions Remainder Tract).
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.

Sessions Revocable Trust dated November 10, 1986, described in and which executed the foregoing Warranty
Deed; that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said successor trustee had the
authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said
successor trustee acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.
Given under my hand and notarial seal the day and year first above I ritten in this certificate.

A TRACT OF LAND lying within and'being part of the NW1I4SWI/4 of Section 19, Townsmp
32 North, Range 118 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING on the east right-of-way boundary line of Highway U.S. 89 at a point which is
located 50 feet east and 396 feet south of the northwest comer of the NW1I4SW1I4 of Section
19, said point also being a westerly comer of the Kevin and Eko Paul property, as described in
Book 512PR, Page 865, in the Office of the Lincoln COUllty Clerk; and running
THENCE East, along Paul property line, a distance of248 feet;
THENCE S. 440 E., continuing along Paul property line, a distance of367 feet, more or less, to
the south bOUlldary line of the N1/2NWl/4SW1/4 of Section 19;
THENCE East, along said south bOUlldary line, a distance of 97 feet to a point 650 feet east of
