deputy or duly appointed officer, after presentation that proper notice was given by proof of
publication in the Kemmerer Gazette on September 6, 13, 20 and 27, 2001, in accordance with
Wyo.Stat.Ann. 34 -4 -104 (2001), real property legally described as:

Wyoming;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion which lies east of the Hardman Canal
described in Waranty Deed recorded December 21, 1994, in book 362PR on
page 352 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk;
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the land contained in Warranty Deed
recorded August 30, 1996, in Book 387PR on page 633 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
And including the right of access as provided for in instrument recorded April
12, 2001, in Book 444PR, on page 112, of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
And was sold at public venue to Wells Fargo Bank Wyoming, N.A., the mortgagee under the
