Release and Relinquishment of Easement given this 2nd day of October, 2007, by Steven
J. Ellison and Lauralynn Ellison, husband and wife (sometimes referred to as "Ellison"), of 142
Alie Drive, Kailua - Kona, HI 96740, in favor of Blake W. Nield and Judith O. Nield, husband and
wife (sometimes referred to as "Nield"), of PO Box 21, Afton, WY 83110.
Bya Warranty Deed dated June 26, 2007, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County
Clerk on June 29,2007, in Book 664, page 153, Ellison conveyed to Nield Lot 51 of the Rockbridge
Meadows First Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming (sometimes referred to as
"Lot 51"), subject to certain easements reserved on Lot 51 in said deed. Ellison desires to release
and relinquish for Nield's benefit any and all easements reserved on that part of Lot 51 more
described below.
Therefore, in consideration of the payment of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, Steven J. Ellison and Lauralynn
Ellison, husband and wife, hereby release and relinquish to Blake W. Nield and Judith O. Nield,
husband and wife, the owners of Lot 51, any and all easements reserved or otherwise encumbering
the following described portion of said Lot 51, it being the intention of the parties to terminate such
easements:

That part of Lot 51 of Rockbridge Meadows First Addition to the Town of Afton, of
record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 360-D, within the
E1/2SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 19, T32N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as more
particularly described on the attached "Description for Relinquishment of Easement
for Lot 52 Rockbridge Meadows First Addition" which is incorporated herein by this
reference.
In witness whereof Steven J. Ellison and Lauralynn Ellison, husband and wife, have
executed this Release and Relinquishment of Easement as of the day and year first above written.

That part of Lot 51 of Rock bridge Meadows First Addition to the Town of Afton, of record
in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 360-D, within the EY2SEv..SEv.. of
Section 19, T32N R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast position of the forty (40) foot shared access easement,
appurtenant to Lot 51 and Lot 52 as depicted on said Plat No. 360-D;
thence N87°-43 '-46"W, 56.04 feet, to a position;
thence NOl 0-52'-1O"E, 20.00 feet, to an angle point on the north line of said Lot 51;
thence S87°-43' -46"E, 56.18 feet, along said nOlih line, to a position;
thence S02°-16'-14"W, 20.00 feet, to the POSITION OF BEGINNING;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the east line of the EY2SEv..SEv.. of Section 19,
T32N R118W, identical with the east line of said Lot 52 being NOoo-29'-13"W;
each "position" is a calculated position with no monument found or set;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFT ON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate
details;
