KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of November
01, 2005, and executed by Met B. Johnson, Trustee of the Met B. Johnson Revocable Living
Trust dated 10-31-1996 and Lana T. Johnson, Trustee of the Lana T. Johnson Revocable
Living Trust dated 10-3-1996 P. O. Box 1207 Thayne, WY 83127 a mortgage conveying a lien on
certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $70,900.00 mortgage was
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk and ex-officio Registered Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on the 17th day of November, 2005, in Book # 605, of Mortgages,
at Page # 205 as document number # 913815 and pertaining to the following described real estate
in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereofthe said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release ofR~al Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this ~ day of
