STATUTORY QUITCLAIM DEED
Mollie A. Craig, Grantor, releases and quitclaims to Charles Mikesell, Grantee, all right, title and
interest in and to the following described real property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Resurvey Parcel No: one hundred sixteen (116) in the town of Diamondville, County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming; subject to easements, restrictions, reservations and provisions
of record, if any.
The true consideration for this conveyance is $7,500.00 (seventy-five hùndred dollars) however, the
actual consideration is the whole consideration.
In construing this assignment, where the context so requires, the singular includes the plural and all
grammatical changes shall be made so that this assignment shall apply equally to corporations and to
individuals.
