Purpose of Easement. This easement is for the purpose of providing a
perpetual non-exclusive 60 foot wide right-of-way easement for unrestricted
ingress and egress,
PI'operty Benefited by Easement. This easement is for the benefit of the
real propeliy of the grantee in Lincoln County, Wyoming known as the
Gravel Pit Road accessing the Poison Creek Ranch lying westerly of
Cokeville, WY.
3. Description of Easement. See attached exhibit "A".
4. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon and inure to the benefit Jason Thornock and Tracy Thornock, husband
and wife of 115 Dayton Drive, PO Box 161, Cokeville, Lincoln County,
Wyoming 83114.
