KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Lorell Livingston Woolley
and Sharon Cook Woolley, Husband and Wife, of P.O. Box 434, Thayne, Wyoming,
dated September 11, 2007, grantors of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for
and in consideration of the sum of One DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and forever quitclaimed unto the
said Teamworks Management, LLC, dated November 13,2007, all such rights, title,
interest, property possession, claim, and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in
or to all the following described property, to-wit:
