RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE (BY CORPORATION)
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation, of the County of Teton, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing date the 6th day of July, 2006, made and executed by Sarah S. Finley, a single woman, as
Mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of$47,970.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the
13 th day of July, 2006, in Book 626 of Mortgages, at page 241, and mortgaging the following described real
estate in said County, to-wit:

the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Jackson State Bank & Trust has caused these Presents to be
signed by its Senior Vice President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 26th day of November, 2007.

and said Lenny Roehrkasse aclrnowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
