KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Bank of America, N. A, a national banking association,
does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, assignment of rents and leases and security agreement bearing
date the 16th day of October, 2003, made and executed by MID Plains Pizza, Inc., a Kansas Corporation as
mortgagor, to Bank of America, N A, as mortgagee, conveying certain real
as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $325,000.00,
as
therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex -Officio Register of
Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 4th day of December 2003 in Book 543PR, at page
153, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said COWlty, to-wit:

is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged
and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor
the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
