THIS EASEMENT, is dated this 29th day of November, 2007, from Audie Leventhal, a married man,
of Salt Lake County, State of Utah, hereinafter called "Grantor," to Darrol and Renee Fluckiger,
husband and wife, of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereinafter called "Grantees."
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, for and in consideration of ONE and No/tOO DOLLAR ($1.00) received by Grantor, does
hereby grant to Grantees and their assigns, subject to existing easements and valid rights, a perpetual
easement for a road over, across, and along the following described lands in the County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, to-wit:
Sixth Principal Meridian
Township 33 North, Range 118 West,
Section 22, SW1/4NEl/4, SEl/4NEl/4, more particulary described as follows:

The southern 25 feet of the parcel ofland conveyed by the USDA Forest Service to Audie
Leventhal, as instrument no. 9:3 52:3 ~ . Book '" 7 9 . page 917 . The metes and
bounds of the strip ofland BEGINS AT A POINT, which bears S.45°11' E., 70.6 feet from
the north-east one sixteenth comer of said section; thence running N.00026' W., 25.0 feet
along the eastern boundary of said parcel; thence S.89°21' W., 384.0 feet to the western
boundary of said parcel; thence S.00058' E., 25.0 feet along said western boundary; thence
N.89°21' E., 384.0 feet. along the southern boundary of said parcel to the Point of Beginning.

Containing 0.22 acre, more or less.
This easement is granted subject to the following reservations by the Grantor, his heirs and assigns:
1. The right to use the existing road described herein for all purposes deemed necessary or
desirable by Grantor in connection with the protection, administration, management, and
utilization of Grantor's lands or resources now or hereafter owned or controlled, subject.
however, to traffic-control regulations as Grantee may reasonably impose and the bearing of
road maintenance costs proportionate to use.
2. The right to cross and recross the road at any place by any reasonable means and for any
purpose in such manner as will not interfere unreasonably with use of the road.
3. The right to all timber now or hereafter growing on the premises, subject to Grantee's right to
cut such timber as hereinbefore provided.
