KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of July 09,
2007, made and executed by GPS, INC, A Wyoming Corporation, a mortgage conveying a lien
on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $242,100.00, which
mortgage was re-recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 12th day of July 2007, in book# 665 PR of
Mortgages, at Pagel 492 as document # 931211 and pertaining to the following described real
estate in said County, to-wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged,
'Parcel 2 Part of Lot 4 of Block 7 of the Afton Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 49,5 feet East of the Southwest corner of
said lot $ and running thence East 63.5 Feet; thence North 165 Feet; thence West 63.5 Feet;
thence South 165 Feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
