Glenn W, Heiner Family Revocable Trust dated January 15, 1992, Maxine
Heiner as trustee, grantor, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and in
consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10,00) and other valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released and forever
quitclaimed unto the said to Stacey G, and Tammy C. Heiner Family Trust dated March
15th, 2004, grantee of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, its heirs assigns forever,
all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as it may have or
ought to have, in or to all the following described property, to-wit:
See Exhibit A "Description: Heiner 564-632 - 2007 Adjusted" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference,
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto, Subject, however, to
all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of
record or in use,
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
