MORTGAGE RELEASE
OAKWOOD ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, LLCa corporation, with an office and place of
business in Blount County, Tennessee, declares that it is the true and lawful owner and holder of that
certain note and indebtedness secured by a MORTGAGE executed by REVIS DEAN MCELHENEY,
dated OCTOBER 25, 2002, and recorded in Mortgage Book 503, Page 64; and MODIFIED and
recorded MARCH 25, 2003 in Book 515 Page 771, in the office of the Register of Deeds for LINCOLN
County, Wyoming to which mortgage or specific reference is hereby made; and for a valuable
consideration in hand paid, the said OAKWOOD ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, LLC, does hereby
release the lien of said MORTGAGE in full.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, KATHY BUCHANAN, has caused this instrument to be executed by its
properly authorized officer, Acting under the authority of its board of directors on this NOVEMBER 13,
2007.
