KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Jim W. Stoker, does hereby certify that
mortgage bearing the date of made and executed by Kevin M. Paul and Eko Paul, as
mortgagor(s) to Jim W. Stoker as mortgagee(s) conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $24,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on June 30, 2006, in Book 62SPR, Page 296
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:

The Paul Innd, as I'eferred to in the Deed recorded in Book 605PR on Page 38 and a
portion of Tract2 ofthe Jim Stoker propert)', as referred to in the Deed recorded in
Book 541PR 011 page 581, all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln Connty, Wyoming,
within the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, T34N R119W oCthe 6th P.M., Town of
Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the west line of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, T34N
Rl19W said point of beginning, 1308.87 feet N 01°08'17" E, along said west line, from
the Lloyd B. Baker PElLS 698, 1995 location for the southeast corner of said Northeast
Quarter;
thence N 88°36'00" W, to and along the north line of the Lincoln County School
District No.2 property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 380PR on page 227,
with said office, 1102.50 feet to the southeast corner of the Dana property, as referred
to in the Deed recorded in Book 422PR OD page J 96, with said office;
thence N 1°21 '40" E, along an east line of said Dana property, 203.21 feet to a
southwest corner of the Burnett property as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book
564PR on page 482, with said Office;
thence S 88°27'54" E, along the south line of said Burnett property and the south line of
the Erickson property as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 281PR on page 353,
with said Office 1101.72 feet to a point in said west line;
thence S 01 °08'17" W, along said west line, 200.62 feet, to the point of beginning.
EXC.EPTING THERE.FROM the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded
November 16, 2005 in Book 60SPR on page 38 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any land lying outside ofthe land contained in Warranty
Deed recorded November 13, 2003 in Book 541PR on page 581 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
