RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of March 11,
2005 and executed Lamont Roberson and Gena Roberson, Husband and Wife a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of$120,000.00
which mortgage was recorded in the office ofthe County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 18th day of March 2005 in Book 581 of Mortgages,
at Page 110 as document # 907129 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said
County, to-wit:
"ALL LAND DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
