Sherie J. Davis a/kla Sherie H. Davis, has/have made, constituted and appointed and by these
presents do/does make, constitute and appoint Timothv R. Davis. Sr. true and lawful attorney for
me/us and in my/our name(s), place and stead, to sell, convey and mortgage realty and to execute,
acknowledge and deliver deeds of real property, notes, mortgages, releases, satisfactions and
other instruments relating to realty which he/she considers necessary, to do business with banks
and/or credit unions, and particularly to endorse all checks and drafts made payable to my/our
order and collect the proceeds, to make such payments and expenditures as may be necessary in
connection with any of the foregoing matters; and I/we hereby give my/our attorney full power to
do everything whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in said transaction, of the following
