RELEASE OF AGRICULTURAL SECURITY AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL:MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned claimant, First
Interstate Bank, under that certain Agricultural Security Agreement executed by Roland
C. Willis and Linda L. Willis, filed in the office of the Lincoln County Recorder in the
State of WY on June 17, 2002 in Book 492 PR on page 144 and affecting the collatel'al
described in afore mention Agricultural Security Agreement.

The undersigned does hereby acknowledge that said Agricultural Security Agreement has
been fully Satisfied, Released and Discharged, and does hereby authorize and direct tb.e
County recorder to enter full Satisfaction of the same on the record thereof.
