point of beginning; thence S 86°54' W,566.7 feet to an aluminum cap; thence
N 03°06' W, 230.6 feet to an aluminum cap; thence N 86°54' E, 566.7 feet to an
aluminum cap; thence S 03°06', E, 230.6 feet to the true point of beginning,
TOGETHER WITH a Right of Way Easement over and across a portion of Lot 2,
