83002, GRANTOR, for Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable c0!1Sideration in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to
Nolan F. Briggs, 1270 Bullrake, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, GRANTEES, the following
described real estate, situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of
Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 19 of the Meadow Ridge Estates subdivision, according to the plat recorded
with the Lincoln County Clerk, Wyoming on April 28, 2004, as plat 237-A.
Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and
improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to taxes, reservations, covenants,
encroachments, conditions, restrictions, rights-of-way and easements of record.
WI1NESS the due execution and delivery of this Warranty Deed, effective this 31st day of
