KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of January 31,
2002, made and executed by John Peart Robinson, III and Hannah Cherie Robinson fka
Hannah R. Hyde, as Joint Tenants as mortgagor, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a
mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of
$150,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register
of Deeds of Johnson County, State of Wyoming, on the 8th day of March 2002, in Book 484 PR
of Mortgages, at Page 793, as instrument number 879556, and pertaining to the following
described real estate in said County, to-wit:

It being expressly understood and agreed that this partial release shall not affect the said
mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the real
estate mortgaged therein and thereby.

(Parcel E) and a portion of Parcel F as shown on Plat 388-C, all recorded
with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within Lot 2
(NW1/4NE1/4) of Section 2, T35N, R119W, 6th P.M., Northeasterly from Etna,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING the BLM type monument set by Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368 set in
1993 marking the Northeast Corner of said Lot 2j thence 91141154"W, along
the East line of said NW1/4NE1/4, 303.74 feet to an Iron Pipe found marking
a Northeast corner of said Parcel Fj thence N890031581W, along a North line
of said Parcel F and it's Westerly prolongation, 661.82 feet to an Aluminum
Cap on an Iron Pipe set at a point in the West found marking a point in the
North line of said Lot 2, being the Northwest corner if said Parcel F;
thence 889001147"E, along said North line, 662.54 feet, to the Point of
Beginning.
