84111, dQes hereby grant, sell, assign, transfer and convey unto Mortgage

existing under the laws of the United States (herein "Assignee"), whose address is

official plat flied on May 4, 2005 as Instrument No. 908152 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.

principal amount) which Mortgage is of record in Book, Volume or Liber No._
680 at Pagers) 859 recorded on December 11,
2007 as Instrument/Document No 935508 of Official
Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, together with note or notes therein
described or referred to, the money due and to become due thereon, with
interest, and all rights accrued or to accrue under said Mortgage.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Assignee, its successor and
assigns, forever, subject only to the terms and conditions of the above-described
Mortgage.
