HomeMy WebLinkAbout935624 SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE 0-00307 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by MATTHEW E MORGAN, JILL I MORGAN to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. bearing date 04/14/2004, recorded 04/16/2004 in Official Records Book 552, Page 531, Document No. N/A in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $164,000.00 Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
