KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, Tha~ete Minard and Gerry Minard, do hereby
certify that mortgage bearing the date of ~r OeJ- 2C05 made and executed by
Scott Smith and Sandra Smith, as mortgågor(s) to Pete Minard and Gerry Minard as
mortgagee(s) conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment
of $92,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
October 11, 2005 in Book 600PR, Page 691 mortgaging the following described real
estate in said County, to wit:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township
32 North Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, It being the intent
to combine and more correctly described a portion of that tract of that tract of record
in the Ot11ce of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 329PR on page 494 paragraphs
No.3 and 4 as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner ofsaid Southe3H Quarter of the Northwest Quarter;

thence South 89°10.3' West, 1330.64 feet, aloJlgthe North line of said Southeast
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, to the Northwest corner thereof;
thence South 00°34.3' West, 831.62 feet, along the West line of said Southeast Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter, to a point;
thence North 89°07.7' East, 1326.13 feet to a point on the East line of said Southeast
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter;
thence North 00°53.1 East, 830.73 feet, along said East line, to the corner of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the land contained in Quitclaim Deed recorded June 19,
2002 in Book 492PR on page 179 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
