KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that D. Blair Lancaster and Carol
Lancaster, husband and wife, Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to the Dennis W. and Leslie D. Lancaster
Family Revocable Trust, dated August 19, 2005, Dennis W. Lancaster and Leslie D.
Lancaster, Trustees, Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 1589, Afton, Wyoming,
83110, all of their interest including an undivided 14.343% interest in the following
described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State,
to-wit:
The North % of the South % of Section 25, Township 31 North, Range 119
West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
LESS AND EXCEPT the North 210 feet of the East 210 feet of the Northeast
Quarter Southeast Quarter (NE~SE~), Section 25, Township 31 North,
Range 119 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, which exception
contains 1.01 acres, more or less.

LESS AND EXCEPT the property as described on Exhibit "A" a copy of
which is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and by this reference made a
part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH the right to use that portion of the Rainbow Pipeline
appropriated for stock water usage,
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all
other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
