of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, the following described
real estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit:
That Part ofSE 1/4 Section 30, Township 32N, Range 118W, within the East Afton
Annexation to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County Wyoming:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly right of way line of that thirty (30) foot access
easement of record in Book 427 of Photostatic Records on page 384, S40 degrees-37'-
59"W,36.78 feet, from the southwest corner of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said section 30; thence N26
degrees-14'24"E, 128.57 feet, along said westerly right of way line, to a point; thence N24
degrees-54'-03"E, 96.61 feet, to the southwest point of that tract of record in said Office in Book
427 of Photostatic Records on page 384; the S71 degrees-58'-00"E, 133.07 feet, along the south
line of said tract, to a point; thence S09 degrees-24'-23" W, 196.26 feet, to a point; thence N80
degrees-34'-29" W, 194,60 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.78 acres, more or less;
TOGETHER with and SUBJECT to a right of ingress and egress and utilities over, under and
across a strip of land, thirty (30) feet in width as described:
BEGINNING at a spike at the east end of 4th. Avenue and on the east line of Quincy Street of
the Original Townsite of Afton of record in said Office as Plat No, 100 prepared by E.N. Austin
and recorded 16 February 1892, S49 degrees-13' -19"W, 236.90 feet from the southwest corner of
the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said section 30 and S88 degrees-14" -04"E, 44.35 feet, from a "Mueller"
water cap in the intersection of Fourth Avenue and Quincy Street; thence S88 degrees-II '-44"E,
4 7 .62 feet, to a spike at the beginning of a circular curve to the left; thence northeasterly 1 07.34
feet, along the arc of said curve through a central angle of65 degrees-33'-52" with a radius of
93.80 feet, to a spike; thence N26 degrees-14'-24"E, 203.23 feet, to a spike; thence N46 degrees-
47'-38"E, 87.49 feet, to a spike; thence N29 degrees-42'-23"E, 24.56 feet, to a spike on the south
line of that tract of record in said O~ce in Book 427 of Photostatic Records on page 384.
