Geldien Living Trust, dated June 12, 1992, and any amendments thereto, ofNatrona County,
and State of Wyoming, GRANTORS, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars and Other Good and
Valuable Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
QUITCLAIM TO:
Harry Geldien and Mary Geldien, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under
the Harry Geldien Living Trust, dated June 12, 1992, and any amendments
thereto,
whose address is 203 N. Pennsylvania, Casper, Natrona County, and the State of Wyoming,
GRANTEES, all right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

Lot Twenty-Seven (27) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Twelve (12) as
platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming;
TOGETHER with all buildings and improvements located thereon or appurtenant thereto and all
rights, privileges, hereditaments and tenements appertaining or belonging; SUBJECT to all prior
easements, restrictions, reservations, conveyances, conditions, covenants and rights-of-way of record
