beginning at a point which is the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 22 and running thence South 40
rods;

thence North 40 rods;
thence East I rod to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virlue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
