Ronald F. Crook and Barbara E. Crook, Trustees of the Ronald F. Crook Family Trust
dated February 1, 2001, grantors, of Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of
Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto Dee W. Call, Trustee of the Dee W. Call
Living Trust dated July 11,1997, grantee, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, (mailing address:
88500 North Highway 89, Afton, WY 83110), the following described real property situate in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
S1/2SE1/4 of Section 3, T34N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights-of-way
of record or in use.
THIS CORRECTION WARRANTY DEED IS MADE TO CORRECT THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION IN THAT CERTAIN WARRANTY DEED BETWEEN GRANTORS
AND GRANTEE DATED FEBRUARY 9, 2005, AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE
OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK ON FEBRUARY 27,2006, IN BOOK 613
PR, PAGE 244, RECORDING NO. 916284.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
By his signature below, grantee hereby consents to the corrected legal description set
forth above in this Correction Warranty Deed.
