KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Baµking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of December
01'12003, and executed by Keith L. Nate and Lynette Nate, Husband and Wife, a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $8,000.00
mo;rtgage was recorded in the office ofthe Lincoln County Clerk and ex-officio Registered Deeds of
Liq.coln County, State of Wyoming, on the 08th day of Decemebr, 2003, in Book # 543 of
Mortgages, at Page # 374 as document number # 895747 and pertaining to the following
des,cribed real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereofthe said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has oaused the Release of Real Estate
